UK DELIVERY

All items are made to order, and each order requires production time before shipping. The timeframes below begin once production is complete.

For UK deliveries, we partner with DHL for fast and secure shipping. Orders within the UK will be delivered within 1-2 business days after production. Tracking information is provided, and a signature is required upon delivery. A photo proof of delivery is also included.

EUROPE DELIVERY

As with all orders, European shipments are dispatched once production is finished. Once your item is ready, we ship via DHL, and delivery will take 2-3 business days from the dispatch date. All orders include tracking details, and a signature is required upon arrival.Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.If an item is returned and ESPARÁDA receives an invoice for customs, we will deduct this amount from your refund or credit note. We will notify you about this, so please follow the proper refund procedures to avoid any issues. If you need assistance with return collection, feel free to reach out to us.

US, CANADA & INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

For orders from the US, Canada, and other international destinations, production must be completed before shipping. Upon completion, we ship with DHL, and delivery will occur within 2-5 business days after dispatch. Tracking details will be provided, and a signature will be required upon receipt.Please note, international deliveries may be forwarded to third-party handlers, and tracking will be updated accordingly. In the event of a missed delivery, you can contact the handler to reschedule. Ensure to track your shipment to avoid any missed deliveries as additional charges may apply after a second failed delivery attempt.If an item is returned to ESPARÁDA and we receive an invoice, we will deduct the customs fees from your refund or credit note. We will communicate this with you, so be sure to follow the refund guidelines. For return collection assistance, we are happy to help.Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

ESPARÁDA is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. These may be applied by customs authorities when your order enters your country.If your parcel is returned due to customs issues, you will be liable for the additional fees for return shipping and re-delivery.To avoid delays, we recommend checking your local customs website or contacting customs authorities before placing your order to understand potential duties and taxes.EXPRESS DELIVERYLocated in London, ESPARÁDA offers express delivery options. If you need urgent shipping, we can arrange for express delivery, either internationally or within the UK. For London-based customers, we can also arrange local courier deliveries.
