EXCHANGE POLICY
At Esparáda, we’re committed to offering high-quality, made-to-order garments with a focus on sustainability and the principles of slow fashion. By producing our items only when ordered, we aim to minimize waste and contribute positively to the environment.We encourage our customers to shop thoughtfully, as we do not offer refunds. Please review our exchange policy carefully to ensure it aligns with your needs before making a purchase.*
Exchange Policy
1.1. If the size isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help you exchange the item within 14 days of receiving your order.
1.2. Please contact us via email to initiate the exchange process.
1.3. We can offer you a new size, an alternative style, or a store credit valid for one year.
1.4. We allow one exchange per order.
Exchange Eligibility
2.1. To start your exchange, please email us at orders@esparadalondon.com with your order number and a photo showing the security ribbons still attached to the garment.Ensure the following conditions are met for your exchange to be eligible:
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Hygiene and security ribbons must be untampered with.
- The garment must be unworn, odourless, and in perfect condition without any damages or marks.
2.2. If eligible, we’ll provide the return address by email.
2.3. For items that arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the issue. 2.4. We assess each case individually to determine the best resolution.
Exclusions
3.1. We do not accept exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to improper care or misuse.
3.2. Jewelry, items purchased on sale, in sample sales, or with discounts (including store credit) are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
3.3. For hygiene reasons, face masks, bikini bottoms, bodysuits, and other intimate items are non-returnable.
3.4. Custom orders, including made-to-measure garments, are not eligible for return unless deemed defective or damaged after inspection by our quality control team.
3.5. For time-sensitive orders, please reach out before purchasing if you need your item by a specific date. Delivery estimates are based on production time and are subject to variation. Please note that refunds are not available for missed delivery dates.
Shipping
4.1. All exchanges must be approved by our customer care team via email, and customers are responsible for organising the return.
4.2. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or undelivered parcels.
4.3. Once your return is shipped, please provide us with the courier details so we can track the parcel and keep you updated.
4.4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy
5.1. Please note, all orders are final once placed.
5.2. If a product is found to be defective or damaged, we’re happy to offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
5.3. Refunds, if eligible and confirmed by our customer care team, will be processed within 30 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
5.4. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds will not include any shipping, customs duties, or taxes.
Cancellation Policy
6.1. Orders for made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
6.2. If you wish to cancel before production begins, please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss options.
6.3. To receive a full refund, cancellation requests must be made within 6 hours of placing your order (this excludes pre-order and sale items).
6.4. For pre-orders or orders in production, our exchange policy will apply.
